I was trying to come up with a decent title for my Noir Fairy Tale on the bus earlier when the completely missleading title above struck me. It could equally well be Quentin Tarantino’s Narnia or Luc Besson’s Through the Looking Glass. Not that I’d say it’s anywhere near the level of any of the fine works mentioned or the creative souls I’ve tagged them with just the cross genre premise I’m playing with. Still it’s fun to write – JRRT’s Elves didn’t pull two H&K’s from under their cloak and take down hordes of opposition with three round bursts while white doves take flight behind them. I still need a good title.
