The report on the site mentioned above (in its technical description) is similar to what I remember of my experience with Face Shop Pro. I've had no contact that I know of with the creators of Face Shop Pro. If the updates have left the issues unresolved I'd say that was pretty sad. Personally I've no interest in trying t again to see if its still as broken as it was before. I’ve not read the reviews on Renderosity.
