25 Years of Elite

Its 25 years since Elite by David Braben and Ian Bell published by Acornsoft went on sale in September 1984 for the BBC Micro computer. I played it for many hours on the spectrum in my youth. Even though its not an RPG I’ve added it to my Open the Door page – only the second computer game to make the list.
