I have never heard of some of them! Hahaha! (I am not a chef).
I think I only have cinnamon, nutmeg and garlic salt in mine.
Happy TT!

An excellent list of spices! I have coriander and nutmeg and ginger and peppercorns — hubby and I are very fond of ground pepper.
Happy Thursday Thirteen!
There are so many spices out there! I’ve never heard of some of these like the Madras. I’ll have to look into some of them. Great idea for a 13! Happy cooking!
I know only a few of those, but I like a kitchen full of herbs and spices.
My TT shares Thirteen (quotes from) lyrics by Robbie Williams.
Those are great things in the cupboard. Yes they do really smell great. Peppercorns I do often use also ground pepper.
My T13 is up too.
I have just the basics in my cupboard. You know, salt, pepper, Adobo. LOL!
No wonder your cupboard smells so good! You’ve shamed me. All I have in mine are a tins of tuna fish …
Wow, oh wow. What a great cupboard!
Good gravy boy…what are you gonna do with all those spices?? Ive heard of people collecting alot of things but spices are a first. You must be an excellent cook:) Happy TT.
Wow, that is some cabinet. You must be a gourmet chef!
Ooh, I’ll BET your pantry smells great! We have a great little locally-owned spice place near us. When I go up to pick things up, I always check with my friends to see who needs stuff.
My car smells heavenly for days.
One of my kids was supposed to make cardamom bread for a school project until I saw how much it cost….smelt great though. Sounds like it would smell pretty nice over your house based on that list!
Crystallized ginger smells heavenly — you must have the best stocked pantry in town!!
Happy TT!
We just restocked on some spices too. A big shipment arrived today. Happy TT and thanks for stopping by.
Mmmh, I love this list of spices even though I don’t know all of them!
stop it, you’re making me hungry!!
Add a few verbs and you’ll have yourself one spicy poem.
What do you do with all that ginger??
I made metal tins with magnets on the back to store my loose spices on the side of my fridge next to my stove so they’re more convenient for cooking…just an idea. I got the idea from another blogger.
Btw, ginger and turmeric are excellent anti-inflammatory spices. You should use them in everything.
Happy TT!
Wow, what do you do with green cardamom?
I really need to learn more about spices and have some fun cooking and baking.
My favorite spice is cumin!
Its funny you mentioned not knowing Tupperware is still around, they have the best spice containers!
Some good choices here. Do you cook? I would guess so. Have a great TT.
We just got some more saffron. I love spices. Happy TT!
are they alphabetized? laughing
