Broadband SNAFU

My broadband connection is varying from slower than a snail to completely unavailable. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Until then I’m offline so if I don’t reply to an e-mail or a post or a comment it’s nothing personal.

My broadband speed was pretty good, relatively stable! But I do not know how set up Proxy Server
