Bank of England Bigger than Tower 42

I’d never have guessed the Bank of England was so big. Just shows what you can hide underground if you dig a big enough hole.
V5I: Vue Dynamics 0.3 – Now with Added Particles
Monday, May 29th, 2006
I’ve just uploaded the latest version of VueDynamics with added particle emitting capabilities. Particles can be subjected to the same forces as objects could in previous versions. Tha basic Vue objects are available as particles. They can be given a maximum age and set to be destroyed if they pass below infinite plains with the names water or ground. Destroyed particles are recycled to save system resources.

If you need help with using python scripts in Vue 5 Infinite I’ve written a tutorial – Vue Python for Beginners.
Edit June 5th 2006: I’ve released an updated version 0.3.1 that fixes a few minor issues I found in this version. There is a demo of a roman candle made with it too.
Almost forgot to post
Sunday, May 28th, 2006
Almost midnight and I’ve been so busy I almost forgot to post.
Fingers crossed I’ll have a new version of VueDynamics to release tommorrow with basic particle support. The code is almost finished, just needs checking, documentation and tidying up a bit.
Other than that a quiet day of household chores, a little Civ 4 and watching "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" which I really enjoyed.
V5I: Mill in Fog Take 2
Saturday, May 27th, 2006
Left my PC on overnight rendering a new version of animated fog made with VueDynamics. Increased the number of sheres from 400 to 600 and added a drift from left to right to the random walk animation with spin on the spheres. Also tried a heavier standard Vue fog in the atmosphere to fade the trees in the background more.

The mill is from the Fairytale Places set from Daz.

Connection Woes
Tuesday, May 23rd, 2006
I couldn’t get a connection to the Internet tonight. If someone had told me in 1989 that two hours without an Internet connection would ruin an evening I’d have laughed at them. Back in 1989 I’d seen a variety of blocky, slow, precursors to the WWW and none of them was going to set the world on fire. Now I can’t get a connection and I’m trying to figure out what to do instead. It didn’t help that I knew there were e-mails I wanted to reply to and some polishing on my website I wanted to get done.
It’s madness I tell you. All of it. Madness.

Here is my first stab at animated fog using VueDynamics. 400 spheres with a transmap texture and a random walk animation with spin.
