Liverpool Indirect

My experience of using Liverpool Direct has been OK. Once very quick off the mark. Once half did the job and I can understand that they had their hands tied dealing with the problem. Once no response to an urgent query that I fortunately figured out the answer to by my own devices. Their Logo has bothered me for a while though. I’m sure they ment us to think of them as getting straight to the point. Delivering services we need. Modern.
So why did they pick a spiraling arrow as the logo? To me that says indirect. Going round in circles. Not getting there.
The shortest route between two points is usually a straight line.
Still could have been worse they could have used an anarchy symbol…
