Scatter Brained Again

If this were thought for the day I’d have some sort of nice unified idea to pitch here today. Its not and so I don’t. Quite the opposite.
I’ve added a picture today so the space up on the right doesn’t look so bare. I spent a while fiddling round trying to get a decent self portrait that doesn’t make me look like I’ve just been kicked in the shins. The flash reflecting in my glasses makes me squint on one side each time. So instead I’ve decided, at least for the moment, to go for an iconic image. I’m using a picture the carving I got the whole Imp theme from, the Lincoln Imp. Sometime I’ll explain how I got tagged with that but for now I should get on with something less useful instead.
Having decided I need a new web site to replace the old one I really should decide what its going to be about. Since its my web site I’m going to be selfish and make it about things I’m interested in. I’ve narrowed the theme down to things that I create, my stories, games and pictures (I’d hesitate to call any of it art). Quite a broad spread of things really but for me they all interrelate. A story I right may lead to an idea for a game. A game I come up with will need illustrations. A picture may make me wonder about the story. Its all circular in the end.
If this were thought for today this is the point I’d come to some sort of pithy conclusion. So here is a thought. The world is too complicated to sum up just in one thought.
